3/4 of a Year Has Come and Gone

You have four teeth in that adorable little mouth of yours.  You'd think you were chewing on marshmallows...but those are just your god-given cheeks.  :o)

You're crawling all over the place and are getting speedier by the minute.  It's hard to catch you for a picture these days, but I was able to snap a few shots.

Your grandma and grandpa were here to play with you this weekend, and they loved every minute of it.  It was obvious that you did too. 

You're eating lots of baby cereal, pureed fruit & vegetables, cereal puffs, and baby mum-mums.  You chew on anything you can get your hands on.  Your favorites include Rockne's toys, your sister's snacks, electrical cords, and anything Ellie's playing with...not exactly the best selection of teethers, but they're definitely your first choices.

Only three more months and you are in the single digits!  We love you so much and are amazed by your constant happiness, and love for life...not to mention your strength and durability.  :o)  Keep growing healthy, smart and strong little Charlotte!

Sisters, Sisters, There Were Never Such Devoted Sisters...

 I marvel at the relationship you and Eleanore have with one another.  It's not something you can necessarily teach.  You two just love each other, and love being together.

 That's not to say that she never makes you cry, or that you two share everything perfectly or anything...but you have a smile on your face more often than not when she's around.  And I'm pretty sure she'd be awfully lonely without you too.

This picture was taken today on our shopping trip to Sam's Club and it just warmed my heart to see my two girls sitting next to one another in their hats made by Nonna and outfits from G.G.  What a pair!  I can't wait to watch your relationship continue to grow.

A Feast for the Eyes

These pictures might embarrass you down the road, but how could I pass up the opportunity to save these moments forever?  Unfortunately they will be gone before we know it.  So for now, a feast for the eyes.

On the Move!

You've been very close for a while now, but you were so mobile without crawling that you managed to get where you wanted to go anyway.  You'd scoot, roll, lunge, belly-flop, and stretch your way across the room.  Now you've got another method to add to your repertoire!

Your official first crawl (5-6 strides) was yesterday.  Daddy was so happy that he and Mommy both happened to be in the room to witness it!  I finally caught you on camera this morning.  We're so proud of you, Charlotte!  Your world just got a whole lot bigger.  :o)
